4. Devices beyond economical repair can be traded in and access to our premium stock is made available

If a fault cannot be repaired, you will not be charged
This excludes the cost of diagnostics test carried out to diagnose the fault/s
DIAGNOSTICS
All faulty devices except screen replacements require a diagnostics test to ensure the optimum repair and outcome for your devices
REPLACEMENT
If the repair cost is higher than the value of a quality used device from our stock, we will provide you with the option of buying a fully tested replacement device
