Strengthening Leadership and a Unified Vision


To support its ongoing expansion, PhoneCycle has welcomed two key leadership appointments:


  • Richard French, Chief Operating Officer (COO) – With extensive operational experience from Telstra and IBM, Richard brings deep expertise in optimising processes and driving business efficiencies.


  • Jakub Wolanski, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – A key contributor to PhoneCycle’s success, Jakub has played a pivotal role in the growth of PhoneCycle and its sister brands, ReDial and Cashaphone. His leadership will continue shaping the company’s commercial and strategic direction.


Together with Managing Director Owen Jones, the leadership team is focused on delivering best-in-class device lifecycle solutions while championing sustainability and circular economy practices.

  • Aiming to plant 1000 trees  – Contributing to reforestation efforts through their Tech for Trees campaign.
