REMOVE ANY LOCKS FROM YOUR DEVICE
Make sure that you remove the locks from your device so that we can access it for diagnostic testing and repair.

SEND YOUR DEVICE BY AUSTRALIA EXPRESS POST
All the packaging that you require can be found at your local Post Office. You will be reimbursed for both the postage and packaging of your device.
Use a large bubble wrap wallet to protect your device inside the parcel box.
Then place your wrapped device in a Small Express Post Parcel Box (220mm x 160mm x 70mm).
Please take a photo of your receipt with the tracking number and send to insurance@phonecycle.com.au.

24 HOUR DECISION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE YOUR DEVICE
Our technical team will carry out diagnostics tests on your device to determine its suitability for repair or replacement.
This decision will be based on the extent of fault/s and the cost of repair compared to replacement.
You will be notified of the decision within 24 hours of sending your device via Express Post.

3 BUSINESS DAYS TO REPAIR & RETURN YOUR DEVICE
If your device is suitable for repair, it will be repaired and returned to you via Express Post within 3 Business Days.
We will provide you with the tracking details so that you can keep track of the progress of your delivery.
